Ambassador Program
Your voice matters.
You say that you want your suggestions and ideas to be heard. You say that you want to celebrate more successes and focus less on mistakes. You say that as a family-run company that our families should be a part of what we do here at Kendall. Want more support in your stores? Want more communication? We’ve heard you by creating Ambassadors.
Your ambassadors are your voice in Kendall that represents you and your ideas. That way, when you say something, you’ll know someone’s listening and that something will be done. Ambassadors were chosen by your stores’ GMs and managers. They represent different departments to give different perspectives for positive change.
The mission of the Ambassadors is to positively affect the culture at each individual store by modeling the five Kendall attributes and demonstrating the Kendall 10. They strive to encourage and reward others when they are observed doing the same. It’s our goal to listen and be involved in the concerns and needs of our Kendall Family and the community in which we work and live.
